Application Procedures (Youth Tour)

Applications will be considered when the following information has been received by Trinity Valley Electric Co-Op:
- Completed Application
- Completed Contest Essay (submitted digitally)
- At least one reference letter from a non-family member who can speak to your character, leadership, or community involvement, such as a teacher, counselor, community leader, or youth pastor.
The Youth Tour Committee reserves the right to request verification of all information provided by the applicant, if deemed necessary.

All information received by the Youth Tour Committee is strictly confidential. Applications must be complete with all required attachments included. Incomplete applications will be disqualified. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 15, 2027. No late applications will be accepted. Applications are judged by an independent panel of judges.

Applicants must obtain a state-issued ID in order to travel.

I hereby authorize Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. representatives to travel with my child to and from Austin, TX for the purpose of meeting the other cooperatives and commencing the trip.
